During the drawing design and confirmed, NGZR company will ensure that the lining products are 100% suit during installation. If have any questions, NGZR will communicate fully with the end user. and if necessary, NGZR will arrange for engineers to conduct on-site inspections and measurements.
NGZR will provide free arrangement guidance and online guidance by Wechat video. When Buyer agree to pay the charge, NGZR arrange engineers to go to the site for arrangement and installation.

#2 Can we place order to you if we can't provide drawing of mill liner plate ?
Yes, we can accept your order without drawing. we will arrange our engineers to your worksite to inspect and measure, then we will design the drawing and confirmed with you.
#3. Could you improve our existing crusher hammer & liner to help us reduce production costs and improve production efficiency?
Yes, we have more 15 years service experience for Mining and Cement customer. We can provide better quality and new design of crusher ware-resistant spare parts for you to reduce production costs.
#4 What is your MOQ? Can we got a sample?
We can make one pcs of sample for you inspect. Our MOQ is 1000 kgs.
#5 What is the order lead-time?
Order Quantity less than 100 mt, order lead-time is 30-45 days after got deposit;
Order Quantity is 100-500 mt, order lead-time is 45-60 days after got deposit;
Order Quantity is 500-2000 mt, first 500 mt need 30 days, continue will be 1000 mt each month;
