CADI (Carbidic Austempered Ductile Iron) grinding ball is the Mn/Si/Cr alloy steel ball by casting, been used to Ball mill / SAG mill for Mining. This grinding ball material is ADI (Austempered Ductile Iron), finished product hardness is HRC52-58, and after used, this grinding ball surface hardness will be HRC61-63.
This CADI grinding ball impact toughness can be more than 10 J/m2, So it can be used to SAG & Ball mill which mill machinery diameter size 5-12 meters. Its breakage rate probably same as Forged steel ball/ Hot-rolled steel ball, but its wear-rate will better than Forged/ Hot-rolled ball, approx same as High chromium casting ball.

Please send your sample requirement to us,we will check and confirmed to you within 3 days. Sample quantity less than 3 pcs can be free, but sample express & tax fee should be by Freight Collect.
#3 What is this product MOQ ?
The MOQ of this CADI grinding ball is 100 tons per each shipment;
#4 What is your order Lead-time ?
Order Quantity less than 100 mt, the lead-time is 25-35 days after order deposit;
Order Quantity is 100-500 mt, the lead-time is 30-45 days after order deposit
Order Quantity is 500-10000 mt, first 500 mt need 30 days, balance will be 1000 mt each month;
#5 What is your export product package ? How to transport ?
Our product export package is ton bag (1000 kg)or metal drum+ wooden pallet (800-1000 kg per drum). For oversea customer, we will transport by sea with container ( 20 feet container loading 20-25 mt) , or by train with container.
#6 What is your payment term ?
With different price & quantity of contract, We accept different payment term as below:
a. 10% T/T in advance, balance T/T before shipment;
b. 10% T/T in advance, balance T/T within 30-60 days after B/L date ( O/A 30-60 days);
c. 10% T/T in advance, balance T/T within 60-120 days after B/L date ( O/A 60-120 days);
#7 What is your price term ? How to delivery cargoes?
We can do price term as below:
#1 EXW factory, including VAT tax, Loading cargoes in our factory ( Ningguo city, Anhui );
#2 FOB Shanghai / Ningbo Port, Container loading cargoes in our factory;
#3 CIF Port of delivery, Shipping with container by sea;
#4 DAP place of delivery; Transport with container by sea & by train;
