       This Metallic mould be used for casting grinding media steel ball by hand. Can be make the gridning ball size Φ50 - Φ150 mm, and can make grinding cylpebs for Φ30*35 - Φ60*70 mm. The grinding media alloy material can be 1% Cr - 28% Cr, mould useful life is 6-18 months.

Our Advantages

#1  Customized alloy composition;
   NGZR foundry can be followed customer's requirement to readjust the Chemical Composition of Alloy material such as: Chromium (10-28%) / Carbon / Silicon / Manganese / Copper / Nickel / Molybdenum, that can help grinding media match different mineral characteristics as high hardness / High PH degree of acid or alkali and high temperature grinding etc.  
#2  Customized grinding media shape; 
   NGZR can develop and make different shape of grinding media as: Grinding ball (Sphere) / Grinding cylpebs ( Cylinder) / Grinding egg ( Ellipsoid) / Polyhedron Shape and other special customized shape. Different shape grinding media will have better grinding effect with different grinding conditions
#3  Higher hardness;
   Casting high Chromium grinding ball with special heat treatment processing (Oil quench & annealing), will have higher hardness. The minimum hardness is HRC 58 for large casting ball diameter size with lower breakage rate, and maximum hardness can be reach to HRC 65, can be used to highest hardness ore.
#4  Lower wear-rate;
  Because the high chromium grind ball have higher hardness, and hardness difference of ball surface and core less than HRC 2, and alloy material be able to withstand high temperature / high acid & alkali, its wear rate will much less than forged ball /lower chrome steel ball. Ball mill ( SAG mill ) grinding for For Iron ore/ Copper ore /Gold ore, high chrome grinding ball consumption will be 30- 80 g for each ton ore.
#5  lower breakage & out-of-roundness rate;
  Depend on controlling raw material quality / advanced casting production equipment & special heat-treatment processing, The high chromium casting grinding ball product of NGZR have good Physical Property, large size casting ball breakage & Out-of-roundness rate will less than 1%; Small size casting ball breakage & Out-of-roundness rate will less than 0.5%

   Please send your sample requirement to us,we will check and confirmed to you within 3 days. Sample quantity less than 1 stes can be free, but sample express & tax fee should be by Freight Collect.

#3  What is this product MOQ ?
   The MOQ is 1 sets;

#4  What is your order Lead-time ?
   Order Quantity less than 100 sets, the lead-time is 20-30 days after order deposit;
  Order Quantity more than 100 mt,  the lead-time will be 45-60 days;  

#5  What is your export product package ? How to transport ?
   Our product export package is Wooden Box. For oversea customer, we will transport by sea with container , or by Air.

#6  What is your payment term ?
   With different price & quantity of contract, We accept different payment term as below:
  a. 30% T/T in advance, balance T/T before shipment;
  b. 20% T/T in advance, balance T/T within 30-60 days after B/L date ( O/A 30-60 days);
  c. 10% T/T in advance, balance T/T within 60-120 days after B/L date ( O/A 60-120 days);

#7  What is your price term ?  How to delivery cargoes?
