NGZR (Full name: Anhui Ningguo Zhongrui Wear-resisting material Co., Ltd) was a professional manufacturer of casting grinding media and wear-resistant alloy casting part. NGZR's founder start casting grinding media business since 1987, and NGZR was established in 2007, It have more than 30 years experience for wear-resisting casting part and casting grinding ball.

NGZR's foundry was located at Ningguo City (national) industrial park, it is 350km away from Shanghai Sea port, and 150km away only from Nanjing Lukou international Airport. Foundry covers an area of 1.8 Hectare, has workshop area more than 10, 000 SQM. Foundry annual production capacity was 30, 000 - 50, 000 MT.

For different kind castings of mining machinery, different materials such as Mn13Cr2 /Mn18Cr2 /Cr5Mo /Cr15Mo 2/Cr26Ni5 /CrMoNi alloys can be selected for different hardness ore, that will be greatly improving the wear resistance and cost-effectiveness of castings;

Can make large size casting steel ball, Product size: Diameter 40-150 mm;

#2 Resin-sand Shell mould vertical casting production line

Can make small size casting ball & cylpebs; Product size: Diameter 6-40 mm;

#3 Resin-sand Wooden mould manual casting production line

Can make casting product each size: Max 5000 *5000 *1000 mm, each weight: Max 1500 kg;

#4 Lost foam process full Automatic precision casting line

Can make casting product each size: Max 1500 *1500 *1200 mm, each weight: Max 3000 kg;

NGZR not only has a large production capacity and advanced production equipment, but also is equipped with advanced design & testing equipment, such as Auto-CAD drawing, CNC model cutting machine, direct reading spectrometer, hardness tester, far infrared thermometer, etc., which can help accurately control models size and alloy composition, realize temperature controlled melting, constant temperature pouring, automatic temperature controlled quenching/annealing and other production processes, ensuring the stable and reliable quality of grinding balls & casting parts.
